Yes — just give us a call before your 7 days is up and we'll arrange an extension. Extended hire is charged at $50 per additional week. If you need a bin for an extended period, get in touch and we can discuss long-term hire rates.

Call us before you load it — 0437 342 681. It's much easier to sort out before the bin is picked up than after. We'd rather take a quick call than have to charge you a contamination fee.

How do I know what size bin I need?

A 2m³ bin suits small cleanouts and single-room renovations. A 4m³ is our most popular — good for kitchens, bathrooms and garage cleanouts. For whole-house cleanouts or large construction jobs, a 6m³ or 8m³ is the way to go. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll help you choose.

How long can I keep the bin?

Standard hire is 7 days, included in the price. After that, extended hire is $50 per additional week. Just let us know if you need more time — we're flexible.

Most bins go on driveways or private property. If you need it on a public road or footpath, a council permit may be required. Give us a call and we can advise.

Can I mix different types of waste in one bin?

Accepted Answer

General waste bins can take mixed household and renovation waste. Green waste, timber and clean fill bins must contain only that material — mixing waste types may result in additional charges.

We take waste to a licensed facility. We sort and recycle wherever possible to minimise landfill.

We aim to deliver as fast as possible — often next business day or sooner. We also deliver on weekends. Call us on 0437 342 681 and we'll give you the earliest available time.

Can I fill the bin above the rim?

Accepted Answer

No — bins must not be filled above the rim line. Overfilled bins cannot be legally transported and may be left behind until the load is reduced.

Yes, we service properties across the Riverina region. Additional travel charges may apply to locations outside our standard service area. Call us to confirm.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No — as long as you can tell us where to place the bin and there's clear access, we can drop it off without you being there. Just let us know your preferred spot when you book.

In some cases, yes — but a council permit may be required for bins placed on public roads or footpaths in Wagga Wagga. We can advise you when you book. Most customers place their bin on the driveway to avoid the permit process.
