General Trade Waste
Construction debris, mixed renovation waste, packaging, timber offcuts and general site clean-ups.
Overweight: $195/tonne — only $195 per tonne for any weight above the included allowance. Weighed after collection — you only pay for what you go over.
Clean Fill / Concrete / Bricks — Clean Materials Only
Soil, concrete, bricks, tiles, rock and rubble only. Clean materials must stay separate from general waste.
Overweight: $110/tonne for any weight over the included allowance. Weighed after collection.
Clean fill must contain only clean materials — soil, concrete, bricks, tiles, rock or rubble. Contaminated loads may be charged as General Waste or another applicable waste type.
Clean fill is heavy. Bins must not be filled above the safe fill line. Overfilled or unsafe bins may not be collected until the load is reduced. Additional charges may apply.
How trade pricing works
Most skip pricing starts with a low hire fee, then charges disposal separately after the bin is tipped — so you don't know the real cost until the invoice arrives.
We do it differently. Our trade price includes bin hire, pickup, tipping and disposal up to the included weight allowance — all in one flat price. Stay within the allowance and that's the price. Go over and the extra weight is charged at the published rate.

Additional charges may apply for excess weight, contaminated clean fill, prohibited waste, overfilled bins, unsafe loads, failed pickup due to access or loading issues, or reclassification of waste at the tip.
If a bin is too heavy or unsafe to collect, it may need to be unloaded or reduced before pickup. Additional charges may apply.
